Council area south west of Sydney. The IRON BARK Industrial
Estate is approximately 62ha in area.
Smeaton
Grange is approximately 3km (via Narellan Road) from the M5
with direct access to the M4 and M7 intersection, 14km to
the north. Iron Bark lies adjacent (across Turner Road) to
the recently announced South West Growth Centre, part of the
NSW Government’s Metropolitan Strategy.
